I know what it’s like when drinking habits start to feel out of sync with the life you want. After years in the wine trade, surrounded by temptation, I had to find a better way for myself. Now, as a certified Behavioural Science Coach, I help others reset their relationship with alcohol - not through guilt or rigid expectations, but by making conscious choices that suit their own goals.
